Yes. The Free plan has every feature on this page, with no card, for up to 50 notes and 2 notebooks. Pro takes those limits off for $10 a month billed yearly, or $12 month to month, and every new account gets 14 days of Pro free. Sign up by November 13 and your account keeps everything, free for life.
What does "free for life" mean?
Sign up before the countdown at the top of this page runs out (midnight Pacific at the end of November 13, 2026) and your account keeps everything, Pro's unlimited notes and notebooks included, at no cost for as long as it's open. Fair-use limits still apply.
Are there any limits?
Free has up to 50 notes (the trash counts) and 2 notebooks. Every plan has a few fair-use limits: 100 AI requests a day (they reset at midnight UTC), 1 GB of uploads a month and files up to 25 MB (recordings up to 200 MB).
What does the AI see?
Only what it needs. The notes that match your question, and any files you send with your message, go to Google Gemini. It never deletes, overwrites or shares anything.
Can I bring my notes from Evernote or Notion?
Yes. Import an Evernote export (.enex), a Notion export (.zip) or Markdown files. Notes keep their files, tags and dates, and you see the progress as it goes.
Is Notii an alternative to Evernote, Notion, Obsidian or Basecamp?
Yes, and it's free. Import your notes from Evernote, Notion or an Obsidian vault with their tags, files and links, or run your team's projects in Notii instead of Basecamp, with shared to-dos, boards and a calendar.
